The 2 Park Street fitout involved a commercial office fitout on Level 19 of the building located in Sydney NSW. Our team worked closely with design team, Vemi Interiors (Vandaag & Morgen Pty Ltd) on the the existing high-rise office tower which comprises over 40 levels of office spaces. The key challenge revolved around extended egress travel distances, necessitating a Performance Solution to ensure safe evacuation while maintaining the design intent of the fitout.
